The US sent detained immigrants to Columbia and the Columbian President refused to accept them -just as Mexico's President earlier had refused a similiar flight.
Petro refused to accept prisoners, chained together and cuffed, like animals on a military plane.
He saw this as degrading and outrageous mistreatment.
Apparently they were then dumped in Honduras.
He sent a plane to pick them up
Columbia's President then sent this reply to Trump:
